The program requires all exercise staff who are interacting with the program to be Pharmacovigilance compliant, training is refreshed annually during an AbbVie dictated time (Please note, the refresher date is the same every year, so trained staff will be required to complete again between April and May of 2025)

The participants are eligible for 1 initial assessment 16 subsequent group sessions and 1 final assessment. \[NB: Funding: Initial & Final - \$64 + \$5 client contribution / Regular sessions - \$15 + \$5 client contribution\]

A visit report is required for the initial and final assessment, these are shared with the patients prescriber, they are completed through an Ascott provided portal which we will share once onboarding is completed.

CE Team Update
  • Generate invoice on day
  • Take the \$5 payment in clinic and put a note on the invoice stating \$5 payment received (don't apply the \$5 payment to the invoice)
  • Then send the link to the invoice to CE & Accounts channel tag Sarah Lloyd
