Create client profile with the following information:
Name
DOB
Tag
Contact details
Patient ID copied into Extra client invoicing details
AXIS into associated contacts
Referral type: Contact, referrer: name of whoever sent the email
Save the referral file to client file
Save email to comms
Call client to book appt (must be within 2 business days)
IMPORTANT: MUST click the confirm first appt details in the initial email once appt has been booked: as this will then allow the invoice email to come through on the day of the appointment
