Jess Olorenshaw:
  • Originally from New Zealand
  • Training in Pilates, Women’s Health, and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
  • Interest in pelvic pain, pelvic floor conditions, incontinence and addressing pre and postnatal physiotherapy needs, including abdominal separation
  • Utilises holistic methodology, incorporating exercise-based therapy, Pilates, dry needling/western acupuncture, manual therapy and collaborative care
  • Enjoys gym and spending time with her family – she has two young daughters who keep her on her toes
Amber Midgley:
  • Amber is a dedicated physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor at Hiya Health Labrador & Burleigh. She earned her Bachelor of Physiology in 2018 and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 from the University of Otago.
  • Following her studies, Amber gained valuable experience working as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor in Auckland before joining the team at Hiya Health.
  • Amber is passionate about holistic health and excels in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions. She specialises in creating personalised therapy programs that incorporate Pilates principles and sport-specific rehabilitation to improve strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Her expertise extends to various treatment modalities, including manual therapy
techniques and dry needling.

Sam Spencer:
  • Originally from England
  • Interest in neurological rehabilitation, with a particular focus on spinal cord injuries.
  • Committed to tailoring treatment plans that address not just the physical aspects of rehabilitation, but also the emotional and psychological aspects that come with it
Paul Marshall:
  • Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist: background in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular/vertigo management and sub-acute neurological conditions
  • Graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science from Griffith University followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University.
  • Outside of their practice, Paul enjoys long distance running, weightlifting, skiing, surfing and playing with his two daughters and continuously seeks to expand their knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy
Adele Hvistendahl:
  • Physiotherapist, Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor, and proud single mum to her 3.5-year-old daughter, Heidi.
  • With over a decade of experience in movement-based therapy, Adele is passionate about using exercise as medicine – blending traditional physiotherapy with Pilates to offer active, empowering treatments tailored to your body.
  • Adele’s journey into physiotherapy began with her own experience of injury recovery. After sustaining two back injuries in her early 20s, she discovered the life-changing benefits of Pilates. This inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, where she integrated hands-on manual therapy with Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation.
  • Adele has a deep understanding of women’s bodies through all life stages, and is also skilled in hypermobility management and active rehabilitation.
