- Training in Pilates, Women’s Health, and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Interest in pelvic pain, pelvic floor conditions, incontinence and addressing pre and postnatal physiotherapy needs, including abdominal separation
- Utilises holistic methodology, incorporating exercise-based therapy, Pilates, dry needling/western acupuncture, manual therapy and collaborative care
- Enjoys gym and spending time with her family – she has two young daughters who keep her on her toes
- Amber is a dedicated physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor at Hiya Health Labrador & Burleigh. She earned her Bachelor of Physiology in 2018 and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 from the University of Otago.
- Following her studies, Amber gained valuable experience working as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor in Auckland before joining the team at Hiya Health.

- Adele’s journey into physiotherapy began with her own experience of injury recovery. After sustaining two back injuries in her early 20s, she discovered the life-changing benefits of Pilates. This inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, where she integrated hands-on manual therapy with Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation.
