We can confirm that travel is charged on this invoice in line with our Cancellation Policy as attached here:
The NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Guidelines state that 100% of the agreed fee for the support can be claimed. For Home Visits – the travel time that’s linked to providing in home support is a component of the 100% of this agreed fee. We’ve allocated and budgeted for this, and it has been signed off by the Participant’s Decision Maker/Nominee as the agreed schedule of support.
