  • Diabetes management; type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes
  • Cardiac health: elevated cholesterol, heart disease
  • Liver diseases; non alcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosis
  • Oncology/cancer care
  • Gastrointestinal disorders; Chron's, IBS, IDB, diverticular disease, management of stomal output
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Fussy eating; ASD
  • Sports nutrition
  • Feeds; home enteral nutrition, home TPN
  • Bariatric surgery; pre and post operative bariatric management
  • Pancreatic disorders
  • Renal/kidney disorders; chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, management during dialysis
  • Texture modified diets; stroke, elderly, other
  • Allergies/intolerance; coeliac disease, general allergies/intolerances
Important - Things We Don’t Do:
  • We do not have a registered diabetes educator, this is more to do with medication management and monitoring glucose etc
  • Referrals to a hospital; communication goes straight to GP with recommendations and GP to ultimately make referral decision
  • Eating disorder management plans (EPC) - Leanne is completing training for this but currently unable to facilitate these
  • Early feeding difficulties (e.g. baby not transitioning to solids)
  • Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Leanne also cannot do:
  • Enteral feeding (Tube feeding)
  • Sports dietetics (Requires sports dietitian)
