==I've removed the DVA Billing Codes and the put the rate at \$0.00 - but to help the Accounts team out - clicking on the 'Do Not Invoice' on the appointment will help with the Invoicing Batch hygiene for them. I've attached these to each Location - however, you will need to go in and attach these service line items to every PT and EP individually at your clinic.
