Lump Sum Payments Over The Phone: Occasionally clients will call to pay over the phone, and may request that this is done in a lump sum (usually to avoid excess card fees each time its processed). On the terminal:

  • Payment application
  • Type amount
  • Other
  • Manual card
  • Manual
  • Enter card details
  • Confirm
These must then be allocated to the relevant invoices on Splose by adding a payment using the "eftpos" option.
