Unsubscribing Clients From Marketing Emails: Upon client request, we may opt them out from our client EDM emails (usually get sent out once every 2 months). This can be done in their hubspot contact page as seen below:

From Helen 14 May at 10:41 Hi CE team. Happy hump day. I have just updated these instructions as mine were opting out of ALL (which includes transactional). Just thought I would share instructions on how to OPT OUT client's from marketing emails in their contact. We have to ensure they are opted out this way, instead of turning them off as a Marketing contact. Setting Contacts as Non-Marketing:

• Navigate to CRM \> Contacts in your HubSpot account.
• Select the checkboxes next to the contacts you want to exclude from marketing emails.
• At the top of the table, click the More dropdown and choose "Set as non-marketing contacts".
