QLD WorkCover This is QLD's general WorkCover scheme.
iCare: iCare is an insurance company with a few different services. We currently are set up to provide 3 of these:- NSW Workcover
- Lifetime Care
- iCare Volunteer and Sporting Injuries
Booking and billing is different for these services, please check their pages directly.
Allied Health Treatment Requests (used to be called Allied Health Recovery Request, AHRR) are similar in nature to a PMP (as seen in QLD WC). As we are interstate providers and are therefore not 'registered' we are only able to bill for an initial AHTR, not subsequent.
Third Party Insurance: This is usually Motor Vehicle Accidents, CTP insurance etc
