Kismet is a website/app that allows clients and SC's to send multiple enquiries to multiple providers - usually to gauge availability of services. It is only for NDIS services, and will usually be sent to us via email, in which the details of the service requested is outlined. CE Team are to action these by selecting either "Yes" or "No" depending on availability. These clients are then booked in with the usual process as NDIS clients.
