The practitioners who run the classes are actually probably the most in-the-know - (Alex T would be the most pro I'd say) - but in terms of Momence, we simply advise clients to download the app, and book and pay through the app (screenshots of costing included below).We are able to extend the expiry date if they ask (Alex T knows how to do this) - to be honest, I haven't had to do much with Momence as yet.
Ross provided a link that allowed me access to see all clients who have uploaded the app. It's very self-explanatory for people once they have the app tho - I have not really had to "hold anyone's hand"
If people call up and ask about it, the CE team can advise that the classes are booked and paid through the Momence app - they add the Redcliffe Hiya Health location and then they have full control over their account; visibility of classes and ability to purchase classes and packs of classes. In terms of costing, perhaps this little screenshot can be added to the CE bible re the 10-pack; 20-pack and the 3 for \$50 introductory offer (which can only be purchased once I think?)
