NDIS PACE SYSTEM - Participant Phone Number to call for Endorsement of Services and Receipt Number: 1800 800 110

In order for us to receive payments when claiming New NDIA Managed (Pace Clients) the NDIA will not make these payments until they have received an Endorsement.This is not a form but a phone call from the Client or the Plan Nominee to NDIA to advise they have Endorsed Hiya Health as a provider.

Once the endorsement is received only then can we obtain payment. They then provide you with an Endorsement Receipt number which is to be added to the Extra Invoice Information. It is a one off thing we need to do with an Initial NDIA Managed Client.

Plan Dates In PRODA: When you log into Proda you will see this screen. You can select the 'My NDIS Provider Portal' then you select 'My Participants' then enter the name of the client or NDIS number.
