  • Experience in musculoskeletal, geriatric, cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, chronic pain management, and athletic strength and conditioning
  • Extensive healthcaremanagement and leadership experience in aged care and allied health rehabilitation settings in various countries
Steven Collins:
  • Specialist training in Strength and conditioning, and Education
  • Is 1 of 3 (as of writing) Physiotherapists in Australia who have received Professional titling through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, receiving this in 2021. This shows Steve’s dedication and experience to delivering high quality exercise programming in both rehabilitation and performance populations
  • Teaches as a sessional academic and head tutor for ACU in Brisbane in the subject of Clinical Exercise Prescription for Physiotherapist
  • Currently is the head of high performance and physiotherapist for Australia’s top Squash athlete, and Australia’s 3rd Strongest Man

Alyssa Mills:

  • Alyssa is a qualified physiotherapist at our Redcliffe clinic. After graduating from the Australian Catholic University, she has continued to develop her expertise, driven by a deep passion for empowering individuals through movement.
  • With a diverse background as a reformer pilates instructor, surf coach, and over seven years of experience working with children, Alyssa adopts a holistic, client-centred approach to care. Her special interests include paediatric physiotherapy, women’s health, management of neurological conditions, falls prevention, and integrating reformer pilates into rehabilitation.
  • Alyssa firmly believes that movement is medicine. She takes pride in working with clients to help them achieve their individualised goals. By combining evidence-based practices with exercise, education, and manual therapy, Alyssa ensures comprehensive and effective care.
  • She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for clients of all ages.
