Capacity building reports may be requested by the client, their Support Coordinator, or guardian. We require these requests to be conveyed to us also in writing, and saved to the clients comms on Splose. The CE team will create the slack workflow "NDIS report request" and the practitioner will be tagged and notified of the request.

Billing: Practitioners will add the billable items to their diary, and for OT, these mainly get picked up in the batch process. For smaller reports where they're finished in one lot, practitioners will send a slack request for the report to be sent. All invoices must be paid prior to sending the report. If the invoice has been sent to a Plan Manager, send the "client notice" email to the client - it sometimes speeds up the process if they are able to send confirmation that the PM has paid. If the report is being sent to the Support Coordinator, we must call before sending the report to confirm the client details for privacy reasons.
