Creating a Service Agreement - PT/EP/DT: \<\
Please ensure the info from the SA request is copy and pasted into the 'Notes' section of the case.
Non Face-To-Face Supports: Non-face-to-face support provisions, which could include but is not limited to the following: developing an at home therapy plan, case conferencing between key stakeholders to support client treatment goals, and/or resource development to aid the client’s individual therapy.

On the Service Agreements we are sending to clients it says - if the participant is NDIA Managed, please provide the NDIS PACE System - Endorsement Receipt. The client has to add that and then we know we have their endorsement. We can then put that on the client records at the bottom of the Details page.
