Telehealth

Links for telehealth appointments will go out to clients via email the day or so beforehand. To have this appear correctly, practitioners must link Google Meeting/Google Calendar to their Splose profile.

They need to click on the grey little person icon in top right hand corner - click on 'My Account' \> Click on Integrations - and its there they'll see 'Add Google Calendar' and 'Add Google Meet

Once connected, when a telehealth appt is booked the links will autogenerate, however they will not change if the appointment is simply altered to telehealth from regular appt, links will still need to manually sent through to client in this instance
