SMS/Email Template: Unfortunately due to the significant demand for \_ therapy services around the country, our \_ Therapists are working with clients who may have complex and life long difficulties, providing an expected timeframe on receiving \_ therapy services is not something our \_ \_ can accurately estimate.

The time frames for being on the waiting list can range anywhere from a short time (weeks) to longer time (months). Whilst we know that this is not ideal, we are trying our best to accommodate as many clients as we can by offering appointments as soon as they become available.

Your own availability will also impact how easily we can offer appointments for example if you are restricted to minimal days and times that you could attend appointments. We do highly recommend that you update your availabilities with us regularly to afford yourself the greatest opportunity of matching with any availabilities that may come up.

I have attached a copy of the NDIS referral form to this email. Upon returning, I will then be able to add the clients to our system and send through an Occupational Therapy registration form so that we can furthertriage and add the clients to the waitlist as soon as possible.

We also facilitate Occupational Therapy sessions from our \_ clinic, and if your client is alternatively able to attend this location, it will offer the greatest opportunity of matching with any availabilities that may come up.
