  • Our Short Notice Cancellation Policy. Please ensure you're familiar with this policy in advance.
  • Providing services through school hours in Schools or Kindergartens - what we need in place first before services can be scheduled.
  • Our Incremental invoicing for Non Face to Face supports, required through your OT Services.

Waitlist Case Filters:
  • “Hide Closed Cases” = Hides all cases marked as “Closed”, all “Open” and “Unmarked” will be shown
  • “Show Only Open Cases” = Only “Open” is visible. “Closed” and “Unmarked” are hidden
  • (NEW) “Show Only Closed Cases” = Only “Closed” is visible. “Open” and “Unmarked” are hidden
  • “Show all Cases” = All “Closed”, “Open” and “Unmarked” visible
  • “Remove Filters from other columns” = removes any custom filters that are being applied to other columns
